Effective January 1, 2025, all transactions must be processed through our WooCommerce Portal. For every project, our team will create a detailed work order with notes, which will be sent directly to the customer’s email.
By utilizing the WooCommerce Portal, all project details will be conveniently stored in each customer’s account. Customers will receive instructions via email on how to access their account and view project updates.
Customer Account Setup: You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your new account and reset your password.
View Projects / Make a Payment: You will be notified whenever a new project is added to your account. You can also easily view and pay your balance due.
Payment Deadline: Your balance must be paid within 30 days. If not, your project request will be removed from your account. Please contact our team if you need assistance.
